		<description>I have no idea why they haven&#039;t provided this functionality.  Making a frame movable simply is a flag they could enable, the functionality is already built into the UI engine.  Boggles the mind.</description>

		<description>Thanks ch00!  It looks like Bartender is what I want... although, not to sound like a broken record or anything, the feature list all looks like stuff that comes standard in EQII.  Just sayin&#039; is all.</description>
