All About Me

Hello! I’m a generalist game developer that started back when I was 9. First I was using Actionscript to make mods for Flash games followed by C++ for Half-Life 2.

By the time I was 14 I had built up enough of a skillset to get my weapons officially added by Valve to Team Fortress 2. I continued modding, making websites, and writing apps for businesses until I finished my Electrical Engineering undergrad.

After graduating, I spent a few years making my own game Order of the Gatekeepers, an online coop tower defense game. For that project I did all the art, sound effects, programming, and everything else besides the soundtrack.

With the skillset I had built over the years I moved to working with Conestoga College in their Virtual & Augmented Reality Lab. There I was the engineering lead for all their training simulations for teams of 5-20 developers. After working with them for some time I was asked to help teach and write curriculum for their Game Design and Virtual Reality Production programs.

Now I work at Magic Leap as the lead on their Workshop application made for the Magic Leap 2 AR headset. When I first joined I lead their Omniverse project in partnership with Nvidia and presented it at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.

When I’m not at my computer you can usually find me way up in the air walking a highline.
